Happy New Year! We will be kicking off our first InterHigh of 2010 with a jam-packed schedule so you don’t want to miss out!

Session #1: Mind over Media

We’re going to take a look at media’s powerful ability to influence us. Each year, we spend hundreds of dollars per person on media, looking for entertainment or to pass time. However, sometimes we’re getting a lot more than we bargained for. Given that much of today’s media come from non-Biblical worldviews, it is important that we are critical and careful. Come join us as we look at media’s powerful ability to influence and change minds.

Session #2: True Love?

As Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, we will be talking about what true love is. Everyone wants to be loved, and no more than on Feb 14th, where we see advertisements galore about heart-shaped chocolates, diamond rings, and rose bouquets. Did you know that the US economy always gets a boost (to the tune of about $14.7 billion dollars) during Valentine’s Day week, which comes out to be about about $122 a person? Everyone seems to hype up the concept of love, but what kind of love is being hyped exactly? How should Christians approach this holiday, where everyone seems to glorify this romantic notion of love? And is that really the highest form of love that’s out there? Pastor Will Kang will be speaking about this all-important topic about love so you really don’t want to miss out!!

And of course, there will lots of great food, great fun, great praise, and great bonding with our college mentors and InterHigh staff…need we say more? If this is your first time, we welcome you to join us and come see what we’re all about. And if you’re been here before, spread the word and let your friends and youth groups know about it!

Please sign up below if you can come and we look forward to seeing you at InterHigh #4!!
